This is a spammer calling from Inda and they are using a caller ID spoofer that masks their true location. The scammer said he was calling from Federal Student Aid Dept. I asked to be removed from their list and they keep calling using different numbers.

This number called me and phone rang a 2 secs and stop missed call said from South Africa
