My wife received 8 SMS today (5Aug2026) @ 12.21pm. Stating, "Account Security Alert". "Dear Pay Pal User, To maintain the security of your account, we are reaching out regarding a recent payment request from GlobatTech Solutions LLC. We have received a request to charge your account A$550.00 for your service. If you do not recognize this transaction: We strongly advise you to contact our support desk immediately at 📞 +61 1800 374157. A scam. Firstly we haven't purchased anything online recently, especially not from GlobatTech Solutions LLC, we don't run a business, and secondly, my wife doesn't have, and has never had a PayPal account. A scam, will be reported to Scam Watch.
