I'm not really sure what this is. They have rung me twice, 1 a month from Sri Lanka. I do not pick up. They left a "voice" message both timea for several minutes, 4-5minutes maybe? The voice messaged sounds like it's recorded underwater. background voices heard but glitchy and incoherent. Have no idea what this might be.
