Caller: Dnata Baggage Services Contact Centre This is NOT a scam call. My father flew to Australia with China Eastern Airline yesterday and lost a luggage. This number rang me today and followed with an email.

Caller: Company We flew from Colorado in the United States via United Airlines to LA, and from there to Australia via AirNZ but our bags did not. United were the ones at fault, but we dealt with AirNZ. Not sure which airline the call was from (United or AirNZ) but the phone call was the next day and was to tell us that the bags had made it to Australia.
